FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Pierre Brondeau to be chief executive officer in addition to his role as board chairman. He succeeds current president and CEO Mark Douglas, who has stepped down from FMC following more than 14 years with the company.  In addition, the Board of Directors has appointed Ronaldo Pereira as president of FMC Corporation.  Brondeau and Pereira assume their new roles effective immediately.

First Quarter 2024 Highlights

FMC Corporation announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 58 cents per share, payable on July 18, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.   

FMC Corporation today announced Amie Dunn Leopold, director of Corporation Communications, has been named vice president, Communications and Public Affairs. She will succeed Ken Gedaka, who has been vice president, Communications and Public Affairs since 2011 and has elected to retire in July.
